In April 13, 2021, The Food and Drug Administration of the United States temporarily suspended the use of Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine after 6 reports of a severe but rare blood clotting in 6.8 million inoculations, which resulted in the death of a woman. The vaccine has shown to reduce the spread of the virus, limit severe symptoms, prevent hospitalisations & death, and requires only one dosage to be effective.
